Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)The role holder will be responsible for overseeing and managing the legal affairs of the Company’s, regulatory and governance matters in line with the organization’s overall corporate strategy. Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations and providing strategic legal advice to senior management Master’s degree in Law is preferred, and or experience in Board of Directors Secretariat will be an added advantage. Preferred Certified “Legal Professional” (CLP) is preferred. Proficient in both Arabic & English. 12- 15 years of experience in commercial/ legislative Law in a publicly listed company or financial institution, international organization, or established governmental authority, whether local or federal. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to assimilate and distil complex issues accurately to enable swift and effective decision making. Working experience in the UAE, with familiarity on the UAE market and regulations. Experience in presenting ideas clearly and persuasively to executive stakeholders. Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute valuable insights.
