Responsible for legal aspects of international real estate development company for of all tasks including and not limited to MOU, SPA, Contracts, Agreements, Government regulations, representation to law firm on court cases, providing real time updates, providing insights and risk mitigation strategies to management, proactively leading all legal and law related initiatives, and other relevant tasks and related activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Job Title: Legal Manager

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with Dubai-based or international real estate developers

  • Education: Minimum required qualification is a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university

  • Additional Requirements: Diligent, organized and punctual, intelligent, innovative, and possessing strong communication skills
