Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and execute corporate mandates, including mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and joint ventures. • Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and commercial matters. • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts and agreements. • Manage, develop, and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. • Support technology-driven legal processes, contributing to legal innovation and efficiency. • Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to deliver strategic business solutions. • Keep abreast of regulatory developments and ensure organizational compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years’ of PQE in corporate and commercial law • Strong expertise in M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and corporate governance • Proven ability and readiness to generate and bring in new business
