Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract lifecycle processes, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain and optimize document management systems and legal databases.

  • Analyze legal data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.

  • Assist in budgeting and financial management for the legal department.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in legal operations or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and processes.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Proficiency in legal research and contract management.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
