Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
-
Manage contract lifecycle processes, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Maintain and optimize document management systems and legal databases.
-
Analyze legal data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.

Assist in budgeting and financial management for the legal department.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in legal operations or a similar role.

Strong understanding of legal terminology and processes.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Proficiency in legal research and contract management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
