Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage all legal and regulatory requirements related to the IPO.
- Coordinate with external legal advisors and the internal Legal Department.
- Review and update policies, charters, contracts, and governance documents to ensure compliance.
- Track CMA regulations and amendments, assessing their impact on the company.
- Prepare legal compliance documentation for the VDR and advisors.
- Support drafting governance reports and regulatory submissions.
Skills
- Strong legal research and drafting capabilities.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret regulations and communicate requirements clearly.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Law, Corporate Governance, or related fields.
- 3 5 years of experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory affairs.
- Strong knowledge of CMA regulations and the Saudi Companies Law.
- Experience in contract drafting and policy development.
