Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, contracts, and agreements in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
  • Maintain proper archiving and documentation of all legal files and records.
  • Report regularly to the direct manager on ongoing legal matters and updates.
  • Assist in obtaining governmental approvals, authentications, and annotations of the company s legal documents before relevant authorities in Egypt.
  • Follow up with governmental bodies and external stakeholders until required approvals are secured.
  • Conduct thorough legal research using reliable online and offline resources.
  • Review and provide input on contracts and agreements to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
  • Liaise with external law firms and parties to monitor and follow up on ongoing legal cases.
  • Prepare reports, background materials, papers, and legal opinions as requested by management.
  • Manage the establishment of legal entities inside and outside Egypt, including corporate structuring and registration processes.
  • Handle all corporate legal matters, including drafting and maintaining board resolutions, general assembly documents, and shareholder agreements.
  • Support in drafting, reviewing, and updating employment contracts, including adding or amending clauses as necessary.guide, prioritize, and measure the success of the strategy, product initiatives, and releases for TPAY initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in law (master s degree or relevant certification is a plus).
  • 3-5 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in corporate/commercial law and with exposure to multinational environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian laws and regulations; knowledge of international corporate law is an advantage.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
  • Proven ability to interact with governmental authorities and regulatory bodies in Egypt.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
