Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the first line legal advisor across the holding company and subsidiaries
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, from NDAs to complex transactions
- Support commercial, corporate, and transactional matters in a fast scaling environment
- Manage and coordinate external legal counsel on specialist and high value matters
- Provide pragmatic, business focused legal advice to senior stakeholders
- Support international partner engagements, working in English daily
- Take a fully hands on approach, including routine and administrative legal tasks
Desired Candidate Profile
- KSA national with 3-6 years' post qualification legal experience
- Strong background in commercial, corporate, or transactional law
- Excellent written and spoken English, with international exposure
- Comfortable working in a lean team with limited templates or precedent
- Able to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and intense workloads
- Pragmatic, resilient, and commercially minded
- Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability across a broad legal remit
