Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Switchboard Operator
You will be in charge of the complete management of the telephone switchboard:
- Call Screening
- Orientation of callers to their interlocutors in compliance with the instructions given.
- Message taking
- Making an appointment

What if it was you?
You have a significant first experience in customer relationship management, you demonstrate a high capacity for active listening and a strong investment in customer satisfaction.
You have excellent written and oral expression, as well as a developing synth mind.
In addition, you are serious and rigorous and comfortable with computer tools.
