Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and troubleshoot existing enterprise-level Lenel Access Control Systems (ACS).
  • Analyze and attend callouts, prepare reports, and provide timely solutions.
  • Lead maintenance and project teams for ACS implementation and support.
  • Prepare system health checks, enhancement reports, and upgrade plans.
  • Provide customer support, reporting, and attend client meetings.
  • Lead system integration team and ensure smooth reporting.
