Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers or goods to designated locations, adhering strictly to traffic laws and company policies for optimal safety and efficiency.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, meticulously checking for mechanical issues to ensure vehicle safety and operational readiness.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior, presenting a professional image and ensuring passenger comfort.
- Plan and navigate routes efficiently using GPS and maps, minimizing travel time and fuel consumption.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers with loading/unloading and addressing their queries professionally.
- Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork, including logbooks, trip sheets, and delivery records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members, promptly reporting any delays or incidents.
- Adhere to company policies regarding punctuality, dress code, and vehicle usage to maintain professionalism.
- Handle cash transactions or payment processing accurately and responsibly, if required by the role.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies, following established protocols and seeking assistance when needed.
