Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage military and aviation publications libraries.
  • Review publication currency and initiate updates, revisions, or new publication requests.
  • Coordinate with U.S. military publication account holders and relevant organizations to ensure up-to-date materials.
  • Process requests for new publications and periodicals.
  • Maintain library checkout and return records in an organized system.
  • Prepare and update comprehensive publication inventories.
  • Inspect aviation maintenance sub-libraries for completeness and ensure updates are properly posted.
  • Maintain official correspondence files, including requisitions, inventories, and reports.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a librarian; OR
    1 year of experience plus 1 year of formal training in office administration as an approved substitute.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Fluent in English.

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
