Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough head checks using specialized tools to accurately identify and assess lice infestations, ensuring no areas are missed.
- Administer safe and effective lice removal treatments, including manual removal and application of approved products, tailoring the approach to each client's needs.
- Provide clear and concise education to clients and their families on lice biology, transmission, and prevention strategies, empowering them with knowledge.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client assessments, treatments, and follow-up visits, adhering to privacy regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a certification in lice treatment is preferred.
- Completion of a certified lice treatment specialist course, demonstrating foundational knowledge.
- Experience in a healthcare or customer service setting, showcasing client interaction skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in lice treatment or related field, indicating practical expertise.
