Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle the process of obtaining, renewing, and maintaining all necessary business licenses and permits for SVC.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance with local and national licensing requirements.
- Liaise with governmental entities, regulatory personnel , and all related parties to facilitate timely license approvals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all licenses, permits, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all operational activities are properly licensed and compliant.
- Prepare and submit required documentation and applications for new licenses or renewals.
- Identify potential licensing risks and proactively recommend solutions to mitigate compliance issues.
- Respond promptly to inquiries or audits from regulatory authorities regarding licensing matters.
- Assist in the Civil Defense process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, or any related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in licensing, regulatory compliance.
- Expereince or knowledge of the Civil Defence processes.
- Strong understanding of local and national licensing regulations and requirements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with authorities and any realted parties.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to compliance challenges.
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.
