Licensing and Qualifications Officer flyadeal Egypt

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure GACA Licensing & Qualification Processes are complied with regulatory for Pilot.
• Monitor training records maintenance and update as per GACARs.
• Ensure revalidation and renewal of flyadeal crew member licenses/qualifications.
• Prepare the required documentation for ELP, AIP, CX, A, and IRA Exams per GACA requirements.
• Coordinate with the training department for the required GACA exams for each candidate.
• Coordinate with the Crew Planning team to ensure that the trainees meet the required qualification for the assigned training.
• Communicate with concerned line departments in all matters related to pilot training licensing/qualification administration.
• Coordinates with Finance to complete the required testing payment for GACA and PSAA.
• Communicate with IOCC crew expiries (License, Iqama, Passports, Medical, ELP, and Training records).
• Monitor AIMS expiry for pilots on a weekly basis to report expired crew members to IOCC.
• Coordinate with various approved training organisations for training-related documents.
• Initial annual budgetary submissions, and monitor yearly costs associated with pilot training licensing administration to remain within the fiscal budget.
