Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Life Performance Methods Engineer
Manage the manufacturing and control file (detailed manufacturing and control ranges, work instructions, configurations, bills of materials, initial allocations).
Supporting workshops and production teams.
Contribute to the training and support of operators in the field.
Participate in client or internal audits and ensure their successful completion.
To jointly guarantee security within its scope of action.
Maintain the qualification of special processes, if applicable.
Participate in the transition from the industrialization phase to the series production phase and assist in the risk analysis and definition of new processes phase.
Participate in QRQC.
Participate in and lead lean projects and provide the necessary tools (5S, process boards, flow, VSM, SMED, visual management, online implementation).
Participate in/lead improvement projects (lean-sigma, One Safran, ).
Make available the means of serial production (machines, tools, jigs) until their validation and introduction into the production line.
Optimize production flows (workstations, flow conveyors...).
