Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing & Automation
Set up and manage Klaviyo campaigns, flows, and segmentation strategies from scratch.
Design and execute email sequences for course launches, consultation bookings, and product promotions.
Create automated nurture sequences that guide followers through different buyer journeys.
Funnel Strategy & Optimization
Build comprehensive funnels connecting Instagram followers to email lists and revenue streams.
Develop lead magnets and opt-in strategies using tools like ManyChat for Instagram DM automation.
Create and optimize landing pages and conversion paths for different audience segments.
Design VSL funnels and webinar sequences for course sales and high-ticket services.
Community Segmentation & Analysis
Segment followers based on interests (skincare, wellness, TCM, etc.).
Analyze audience data to identify monetization opportunities across different platforms.
Track and report on funnel performance, conversion rates, and revenue attribution.
Integrate data from multiple platforms to create cohesive customer journeys.
Course & Product Marketing
Support marketing for online courses and educational content.
Develop launch sequences for new courses and high-ticket consultation packages.
Create nurture campaigns that move customers between different service tiers.
Qualifications:
Experience & Skills
3+ years of lifecycle marketing experience, preferably with creators, coaches, or DTC brands.
Expert-level proficiency in Klaviyo for email marketing and automation.
Strong experience with Instagram marketing, ManyChat, and social media funnel creation.
Familiarity with course platforms like Kajabi and webinar funnel strategies.
Proficiency with AI tools like Claude for optimization.
Industry Knowledge
Experience working with CPG, beauty, or wellness brands preferred.
Understanding of the creator economy and how to monetize large social followings.
Knowledge of DTC buyer journeys and multi-platform customer acquisition.
Experience with high-ticket service marketing and consultation booking funnels.
Desired Candidate Profile
This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client s time zone.
