Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee swimming activities and ensure that policies, guidelines, and safety procedures are br>followed.br> Warns swimmers of improper/dangerous activities and applies pool regulations and water safety br>policies.br> Closely monitoring activities related to the pool area and identifying any safety issues. br> Administers first aid in the event of injury, rescues swimmers in distress or danger of drowning, br>and administers CPR and/or artificial respiration, if necessary.br> Evaluates conditions for safety and initiate emergency action plan as required.br> inspects pool facilities, equipment, and water to ensure that they are safe and usable.br> Oversees and assists in cleaning the pool and related facilities and equipment, assists with br>chlorine residual water tests and with records and charts of water tests and records of accidents, br>and adds chemicals to pool water as directed.br> Providing swim lessons and coaching when applicable.br> Ensure members have an excellent, memorable experience with every visit. br> Deal with member issues and complaints in a professional manner.br> Prepare routine administrative paperwork when needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2+ years of experience as a lifeguard
  • Certified in First Aid and CPR.
  • Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
  • Highly skilled in surveillance and rescue techniques.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Outgoing, engaging, fun personality.
  • Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and regulations
  • Presentable, must have good healthy sports shape.
  • Proficient in Arabic and English
