Roles & Responsibilities
About the role
As a Lifeguard, you play a key role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests using the pool and recreational facilities. You are responsible for maintaining a safe environment while delivering attentive, courteous, and professional service that reflects Four Seasons service excellence.
What you will do
- Monitor swimming pool and recreational areas to ensure guest safety at all times
- Enforce pool rules and safety regulations in a polite and professional manner
- Respond immediately to emergencies, perform rescues, and administer first aid/CPR when required
- Conduct regular inspections of pool areas, equipment, and water quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free pool environment
- Report accidents, incidents, or unsafe conditions promptly to management
- Represent Four Seasons standards of grooming, behavior, and guest interaction

Desired Candidate Profile
Valid Lifeguard Certification First Aid from the Tunisian Civil Defense
- Strong swimming and rescue skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in emergency situations
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Previous lifeguard experience in hospitality environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work within cross functional team
