Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and customize Liferay backend components using Java, OSGi, and Liferay DXP
Build and maintain RESTful APIs, headless services, and external system integrations
Manage Service Builder, database schema, and persistence layers
Develop Liferay themes, layouts, fragments, and responsive UI components (WCAG compliant)
Build frontend interfaces using React / Angular and integrate with backend APIs
Optimize performance, scalability, and caching across the full stack
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
4 8+ years of full stack development experience
2 5+ years of hands-on Liferay DXP / Portal experience
Technical Skills
Java, Spring, OSGi Liferay DXP / Portal
Service Builder, REST APIs, Headless APIs
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) React / Angular / Vue
Liferay Themes, Fragments, Clay UI; Freemarker / JSP templating
PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar RDBMS
Security: OAuth2, JWT, SSO, LDAP
Git, CI/CD pipelines; Docker / Kubernetes (preferred)
