Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all lifting operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards to prevent incidents.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of lifting equipment, including cranes, hoists, and rigging gear, to identify potential hazards and ensure operational readiness.
  • Develop and implement detailed lifting plans, considering load characteristics, environmental factors, and site-specific conditions for safe execution.
  • Supervise and coordinate lifting activities, providing clear instructions and guidance to the lifting crew to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in engineering principles.

  • Holds relevant certifications such as a Certified Lifting Engineer (CLE) or equivalent, demonstrating specialized knowledge and expertise in lifting operations.

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in the oil and gas or construction industry, providing practical experience in lifting operations.

  • Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of lifting equipment, including cranes, hoists, and rigging gear, showcasing proficiency in equipment selection and operation.


Candidates must have relevant experience in Pipeline, EPC, Oil & Gas, Flowline, Brownfield, Upstream Facilities, or Wellhead projects. Preference will be given to candidates with prior Gulf experience, especially those who have worked on ADNOC projects. ✅ Clean Shave facial policy is applicable ❌ Candidates with Metro Line, Building Line, or Road Infrastructure experience are NOT eligible No Building construction experience except for road safety coordinators
