Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee all lifting operations, ensuring compliance with ADNOC and international standards, including thorough pre-lift planning.
- Conduct detailed risk assessments, identifying potential hazards and implementing control measures to mitigate them effectively.
- Supervise and guide lifting teams, providing clear instructions and ensuring adherence to safe operating procedures and best practices.
- Inspect lifting equipment (cranes, slings, shackles, etc.) before use, verifying their condition and certification status.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a relevant diploma or degree in Engineering or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical principles.
- Holds a valid ADNOC-approved Lifting Supervisor certification, showcasing compliance with industry-specific requirements.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 8 years of experience in lifting operations within the oil and gas industry, providing a wealth of practical knowledge.
- Exhibits in-depth understanding of various lifting equipment, including cranes, rigging, and associated accessories, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
