Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all lifting operations on site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate lifting hazards before any operation begins.
  • Coordinate with crane operators and rigging teams to ensure precise communication and effective execution of lifting plans.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate lifting equipment based on load weight, dimensions, and site conditions to ensure safety and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.

  • Certifications in lifting operations which is approved by ADNOC is mandatory.

  • At least 5 years of experience in lifting operations within construction, manufacturing, or related industries.

  • Proven track record in managing lifting operations on large-scale projects, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
