Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure all lifting operations comply with ADNOC and international safety standards, preventing incidents and promoting a safe work environment.
- Conduct thorough pre-lift planning, including risk assessments, method statements, and lift plans, guaranteeing safe and efficient execution of lifts.
- Supervise and coordinate lifting teams, ensuring clear communication, proper use of equipment, and adherence to established procedures.
- Inspect lifting equipment regularly, including cranes, slings, and rigging gear, to identify and rectify any defects, maintaining equipment integrity.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- ADNOC-Approved Lifting Supervisor certification is mandatory, demonstrating compliance with industry standards.
- Valid certifications in relevant areas such as rigging, slinging, and crane operation are essential for the role.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in lifting operations within the oil and gas or construction industry is highly desirable.
