Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all lifting operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, actively minimizing risks during every lift.
  • Conduct pre-lift inspections of equipment and rigging to ensure they meet safety criteria, documenting findings and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Plan lifting operations meticulously, including selecting appropriate equipment, rigging configurations, and personnel requirements tailored to each project.
  • Direct and coordinate lifting teams, providing clear instructions and support to maintain high levels of efficiency and safety on-site.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: A minimum of a high school diploma, with a preference for candidates holding a relevant vocational qualification or degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Qualifications: Certification in lifting operations, such as a Lifting Supervisor or equivalent, is mandatory to demonstrate expertise and knowledge.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in lifting operations, with a proven track record in supervising complex lifts in various environments.
