Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of rigging operations, ensuring all activities are performed safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop rigging plans tailored to specific projects, taking into account load capacities and environmental factors.
  • Oversee the selection and maintenance of rigging equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Train and mentor rigging crew members, enhancing their skills and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: A relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Qualifications: Proven experience in rigging operations with a strong understanding of engineering principles.

  • Certifications: Valid certifications in rigging, such as NCCCO or equivalent, are essential for credibility.

  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years in rigging or heavy lifting operations within construction or industrial sectors.

  • Should possess Offshore survival certification (BOSIET/FOET).

  • H2S awareness and offshore medical fitness certification.
