Plan, coordinate, and supervise lifting operations on construction sites.
Prepare, review, and approve lift plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
Ensure cranes, lifting equipment, and accessories are certified and fit for use.
Supervise crane operators, riggers, and signalmen during lifting activities.
Verify ground conditions, crane setup, and lifting configurations.
