Job Description
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Lifting Supervisor with practical experience of plant shutdowns, including mechanical component replacements (e.g. pumps and valves).
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in rigging and lifting operations.
  • Be proficient in the preparation of lift plans, lifting calculations including rigging accessories and crane ground loadings.
  • A strong understanding of lifting equipment, rigging procedures, and relevant regulations, such as Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER), is crucial.
  • Hold a valid Appointed Person of Lifting Operations (APLO) by an accredited LEEA training provider (5 day course).
  • Hold a secondary level education.
  • Risk Assessment training, able to identify potential hazards and implement safety measures.
  • Must be able to satisfy Customer English proficiency requirements with strong communication skills for leading and coordinating with teams effectively.
