Light Current Engineer

Design, install, and maintain light current systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and public address systems.

• Conduct site surveys and prepare technical reports for project planning and execution.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of low current solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to light current systems promptly and efficiently.
• Supervise installation teams and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, drawings, and as-built reports.
• Perform system testing, commissioning, and handover to clients.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and maintenance staff.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies in low current systems.
• Ensure all work adheres to relevant codes, regulations, and quality assurance protocols.

Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of proven experience in light current or low current systems engineering.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and public address systems.
• Experience with system design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations for low current systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work onsite in Sadat City and travel to project locations as needed.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and other engineering software tools.
