Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Safely operate light vehicles to transport goods and passengers, ensuring adherence to all traffic regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle before and after trips, identifying any maintenance needs and reporting them promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery logs to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations while minimizing fuel consumption.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; further education in logistics or transportation is a plus.
- A valid light vehicle driving license with a clean driving record, demonstrating reliability and safety awareness.
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience, preferably in a commercial or delivery setting, showcasing familiarity with the job.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting, allowing for quick resolutions to minor issues.
