Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Safely drive company vehicles to and from telecom or data center sites as assigned by supervisors.
• Transport technical teams, spare parts, tools, and materials for maintenance and installation activities.
• Assist technicians in site maintenance tasks including minor electrical, mechanical, or generator support work.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting under the supervision of the FLM or Power team.
• Perform routine checks of vehicles to ensure proper functioning (oil, brakes, lights, tires, fuel, etc.).
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure compliance with company driving and safety policies.
• Record and maintain travel logs, fuel usage, mileage reports, and delivery documentation.
• Report any vehicle defects, damage, or incidents immediately to the supervisor.
• Follow all site safety and traffic regulations during field operations.
• Support emergency call-outs by transporting teams or materials as required during nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and spares are securely stored and handled during transport.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid Kuwait light/heavy driving license.
• Minimum 2 3 years of experience as a driver, preferably in a telecom, facility, or maintenance environment.
• Basic technical knowledge of power, generator, or electrical systems (training will be provided).
• High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and safety awareness.
• Ability to work under supervision and assist in technical site activities.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
