In addition, the candidate must maintain a clean driving record and conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness. • Safely operate light vehicles to transport goods and passengers to designated locations.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure optimal performance and road safety.
• Plan routes effectively and avoid traffic congestion to ensure punctual delivery times.
• Maintain accurate logs of work hours, mileage, and delivery details in the logbooks.
• Follow all applicable traffic laws and company driving policies and procedures.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods to ensure safe transportation of items.
• Provide excellent customer service by exhibiting courteous interactions and punctual service.
• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team to update on status and location.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues.
• Adhere to the schedules and deadlines set by the logistics and transport department.
• Utilize navigation apps and GPS technology to determine and follow routes.
• Perform emergency vehicle repairs such as changing tires when necessary.

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent educational level.
• Valid light vehicle driving license with a clean driving record mandatory.
• Two or more years of experience in professional driving positions required.
• Strong knowledge of city routes, traffic regulations, and road safety standards.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to meet delivery deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively.
