Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Cost Estimates, BOQ, Quotations, and Product Comparison Sheets
  • Review drawings, specifications & tender documents to understand project scope
  • Coordinate with suppliers & manufacturers for pricing and product availability
  • Support design team with lighting layouts & lux calculations where required
  • Prepare technical submittals and follow up with consultants for approvals
  • Maintain organized documentation and support project execution teams

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Lighting Engineering
  • 1 4 years experience in Lighting Estimation / Project Support
  • Practical proficiency in: DIALux / Relux, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, MS Office
  • Strong pricing analysis, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Excellent coordination, documentation & communication abilities
  • Good system handling and database management skills
