Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible to set/update Limo pricelist and updated in systems (ERP-Taxi Caller)
Negotiate prices with Supplies
Responsible for participating in bids and submitting quotations
Lead, plan and coordinate trips efficiently to maximize productivity.
Assign drivers to vehicles and trips based on availability and performance.
Monitor drivers punctuality, behavior, and adherence to company policies.
Address any driver complaints or issues and resolve conflicts.
Provide Weekly and Monthly report of the transactions to the management/finance.
Responsible for submitting invoices to the finance, open/close trips
Responsible to Train new Joiners in progress and programs (ERP-Taxi Caller)
Ensure customer s satisfactions along company s guidelines
Keep track of fuel consumption, mileage, and overall vehicle performance.
Follow up with team to ensure service is provided completely
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Proficiency in using scheduling or fleet management software.
- Proficiency in other required systems related to the role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and solve problems quickly.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and traffic regulations.
- Great Communication skills to divers customer and client levels.
