Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Operate Production and packing machines as per SOP and work instruction
- Ensure correct packing material, Batch coding and labeling as per the standards.
- Startup, Change-over, Cleaning and basic machine adjustments.
- Monitor weighing, Sealing quality and visual defects during packing.
- Record production data, down times, wastage, and quality checks in line log sheets.
- Identify Abnormalities (noise, leakage, rejection and weight variation) and inform supervisors.
- Support SMED activities during changeovers.
- Ensure line clearance before and after production.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and ensure minimal downtime.
- Uphold and enforce GMP, HACCP, ISO/FSSC 22000, and internal hygiene SOPs.
Follow FIFO/FEFO for materials during production.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: ITI/Diploma/10+2 (preferred)
Experience: 2+ years experience in FMCG, Food/ Confectionary/Packing lines.
Language: English (Both written & verbal)
Skills: Production line handling, Packing machine Operations (VFFS/HFFS/Flow Wrap) good communication skills.
