Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the production Lead Operator in planning and projects and suggest the proper manning br>
on his line.
Coordinate with the Quality Inspector and set the machine along with the operator to respect br>
the required specs of the finished products.
Assist the Lead Operator in follow up on the maintenance job request.
Assist the Lead Operator in any size change.
Ensure training, safety and cleaning measures are observed on his line.
Train new people on his line and support them.
Report to the Foreman machines breakdown to reallocate efficiently the available labor.
Recommend technical improvements on machines
Comply and follow safety and environmental instructions and participate in toolbox talks br>
given by HSE officer.
Consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions ( ex. the development, br>
planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the br>
OH&S management system).
