Line Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Line Supervisor to join our factory team.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Ability to supervise production lines and ensure smooth operations

• Knowledge of production processes, quality, and safety standards

• Good problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production line activities

• Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved

• Monitor machine operations and coordinate with maintenance when needed

• Manage and motivate production staff

• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures

• Prepare production reports and monitor line performance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical degree or relevant educational background

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production or line supervision

• Experience in FMCG or beverage manufacturing is a plus
