Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to set competitive listing prices, ensuring maximum returns for clients.
Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies that highlight the unique features of each property, utilizing both digital and traditional channels.
Prepare and present compelling property listings, including high-quality photographs and engaging descriptions that resonate with potential buyers.
Facilitate open houses and private showings, showcasing properties while addressing buyer inquiries and concerns with expertise.
Maintain and update listings on CRM systems and property portals while coordinating with the sales team to maximize exposure and close transactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in real estate listing acquisition in the UAE, with strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to generate and maintain a strong pipeline of exclusive listings.
Currently based in the UAE; Arabic and English languages are a must.
