Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

Duties include but are not limited to

Represent and process a plan with external lawyer for NAPCO National in all courts & for all cases/types including (financial, labor, criminal, human rights, etc.).

Prepare monthly activity report and share with NAPCO National divisions management.

Follow up on the implementation of verdicts issued by the courts.

Represent NAPCO National at all notaries to submit & follow up any request.

Confirm the implementation of all updated/new regulations approved by Legal Affairs .

Prepare a formal note including all evidence & documentation to submit it to external lawyer once approved by Legal Affairs .

Assist in the creation of internal audit reports in accordance with the annual work program and audit strategic plan. Ensure timely reporting and execution of projects.

Review and approve documentation provided by NAPCO National affiliates and visit site to verify and approve account opening.

Coordinate with other departments to provide support for needed legal research.

Ensure accurate documentation of cases, including maintaining the case docket and working with external lawyers to keep up-to-date electronic case files.

Provide legal input on the implications of company policies and procedures
