Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, meticulously following dosage and schedules to ensure patient well-being.
- Provide hands-on assistance with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting, while maintaining the patient's dignity and comfort.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, catering to specific dietary requirements and preferences to promote optimal health.
- Monitor vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature, and promptly report any abnormalities to medical professionals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a nursing assistant certification is preferred.
- Possession of a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
- Proven experience in a home healthcare setting, demonstrating proficiency in patient care.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing direct care to elderly or individuals with disabilities.
