Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement a structured educational curriculum tailored to the child's specific needs and learning style, ensuring academic progress.
- Plan and execute engaging and age-appropriate learning activities, including arts, crafts, games, and outdoor explorations, to foster a love of learning.
- Provide homework assistance, focusing on reinforcing concepts and promoting independent study habits to achieve academic excellence.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular activities, such as sports, music lessons, and cultural outings, to broaden the child's horizons.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
Holds relevant certifications, such as a teaching certificate or a first aid/CPR certification, ensuring professional competence.
Has experience working in private households or international schools, showcasing adaptability and cultural sensitivity.
Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, reflecting a proven track record of success.
