Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Help with the daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and toileting, ensuring children's comfort and well-being.

  • Supervise children during playtime, ensuring their safety and encouraging social interaction through positive reinforcement and conflict resolution.

  • Implement age-appropriate routines and engaging developmental activities

  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns, fostering a strong home-school connection.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a nursery, daycare, or childcare setting with children aged 0–3 years

  • Hands-on experience in infant and toddler care, including feeding, changing nappies/diapers, and hygiene routines

  • Solid understanding of early childhood development milestones

  • Must be patient, nurturing, discreet, and highly responsible

  • Must be willing and comfortable working in a private household environment

  • Previous experience working for a private family is an advantage

  • Relevant Childcare or Early Childhood Education certification preferred
