Roles & Responsibilities


Role & Responsibilities:

Release Management:

  • Creates release roadmap and detailed release project plans for upcoming process and systems changes reflecting approved local demands.
  • Plans, manages and controls the releases in the phases from design, development, testing to Go-Live and hyper care.
  • Coordinates release communication with live site users, communicates benefits of template enhancements for live sites users.
  • Monitors that release updates are reflected in trainings and that regression testing is executed to safeguard stable live site setup.


Demand Management:

  • Accountable for demand quality in the region.
  • Collects all demands, understands business needs and criticality.
  • Applies a transparent system & process for the evaluation of the demands.
  • Performs continuous prioritization of approved local demands.
  • Monitors implementation status.
  • Informs local sites about the status of the demand.


Communication:

  • Driving communication with key users proactively (united and relevant ecosystems).
  • Responsible of coordination of sites and key users
  • Aligns and coordinates testing resources and coordinates and manages the creation of test data.
  • Coordinates the listing of Advanced Key Users to the Role Assignment Log.
  • Updates the Key User list to ensure global communication.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent education
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience in SAP/ERP and other relevant standard software used in the GBS Program
  • Strong experience in site coordination or related roles, with a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and project management
  • Excellent understanding and dominance of service-related technology/systems & Computer System Validation knowledge is a must
  • Knowledge about integration points with other processes
  • Excellent understanding of business services including levels of urgency/impact
  • Business fluent in English is a must
  • Working cross-functionally and internationally with excellent communication skills
