Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct 3-5 scheduled weekly live streams (fixed slots for consistency). Introduce smartphone specs (processor, screen, camera), key features (battery, fast charging), and store exclusives (discounts, free accessories, installments) to clarify product value.
Engage viewers in real time: answer questions on compatibility, warranty, or delivery. Identify needs (e.g., "gaming vs. daily use") and collect lead info (contact, desired model, budget) via official channels.
Act as the store account s dedicated talent (TikTok/Instagram Reels/local platforms).
Film 1-2 weekly videos (unboxing, feature demos, scenario guides, live behind-the-scenes) with natural, engaging performance to boost visibility and drive traffic.
Monitor live metrics (viewership, interaction rate, lead conversion) and short video data (views, likes, shares) post-session.
Summarize audience preferences, provide feedback to optimize scripts, product displays, and video themes improving sales/marketing effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree or above
Fluency in English is required
1-2 years of experience in live streaming, digital hosting, or related roles.
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
Strong on-camera presence with the ability to engage and entertain audiences.
Familiarity with live streaming platforms and digital content tools.
