Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Moodle and Open edX platforms.
- Manage users, roles, courses, and system configurations.
- Install plugins, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
- Optimize LMS performance, security, and user experience.
- Provide technical support and basic training to users.
- Manage data, backups, and generate reports and analytics (including Power BI integration).
- Integrate the LMS with other systems (HRIS, SIS, CRM).

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience administering Moodle and Open edX.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux, databases, and web servers.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
