Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to loan products and applications
Guide customers through the loan application process and required documentation
Follow up with customers to ensure completion of applications
Verify customer information and ensure accuracy of submitted data
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems accordingly
Meet assigned performance and quality targets
Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines

Requirements:
English level B1+ / B2 (spoken and written)
No prior experience required
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or banking is considered an added value
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work rotational shifts if required
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
High level of commitment and professionalism
