Job Summary

The Lobby Ambassador is responsible for providing a warm welcome and assistance to all visitors and guests entering a facility. They ensure a positive first impression by offering helpful information, guidance, and support as needed.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and employees as they enter the facility
  • Provide directions, information, or assistance to individuals seeking help
  • Manage inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Assist in coordinating visitor access and appointments as required
  • Monitor and maintain visitor logs and records accurately
  • Collaborate with security personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment
