Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


Lobby Ambience & Coordination:

· Ensure the lobby area is always clean, presentable, and aligned with brand standards.

· Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to maintain the lobby’s appearance.

· Monitor guest flow during peak hours to ensure smooth check-in/out experiences.

· Support the Front Office and Concierge teams during busy operations.

Communication & Administration:

· Maintain effective communication with Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge, and Security.

· Update the guest preference database and share relevant information with concerned departments.

· Assist in preparing guest welcome amenities or personalized arrangements when required.

Report any guest issues or incidents promptly to the Duty Manager

Guest Experience:

· Welcome and greet all guests and visitors with genuine warmth, courtesy, and professionalism.

· Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

· Escort guests to reception, concierge, or other departments as needed.

· Assist with VIP arrivals, departures, and special guest arrangements.

· Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback efficiently and graciously.

· Anticipate guest needs and ensure their comfort while in the lobby area.

Physical Requirements:

· Able to stand for extended periods.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

· Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Personality Traits:

· Warm, welcoming, and naturally engaging.

· Team player with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.

· Culturally sensitive and respectful in all interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.

· Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in a guest service role within a luxury hotel environment.

· Language Skills: Excellent command of English; additional languages (Arabic, French, Russian, Chinese, etc.) are an advantage.

· Appearance: Well-groomed, polished, and presentable at all times.

· Skills:

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Positive attitude and professional demeanor.

· Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

· Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
