Lobby Lounge Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the lobby lounge, including staff scheduling, service standards, inventory control, and workflow coordination to ensure smooth service delivery, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor lounge ambiance, seating arrangements, cleanliness, and overall presentation to create a welcoming environment that enhances guest experiences and aligns with the establishment's brand standards.
• Staff Supervision and Training:
• Supervise lounge staff, including servers, bartenders, and support personnel, by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maintain service quality, professionalism, and teamwork in the lounge area.
• Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to ensure staff adherence to service standards, product knowledge, and guest interaction protocols.
• Guest Service Excellence:
• Ensure exceptional guest service by interacting with guests, addressing inquiries or concerns, and overseeing service delivery to enhance guest experiences, resolve issues promptly, and foster guest loyalty.
• Implement guest feedback mechanisms, service recovery procedures, and quality assurance measures to continuously improve service standards and exceed guest expectations in the lounge area.
• Menu and Beverage Management:
• Collaborate with culinary teams, beverage suppliers, and F&B managers to develop and update lounge menus, beverage selections, and promotional offerings that cater to guest preferences, seasonal trends, and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, pricing strategies, cost controls, and menu profitability to optimize revenue streams, minimize waste, and maintain cost-effective operations in the lounge area.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze financial reports, sales data, cost structures, and revenue performance to track key performance indicators, identify opportunities for revenue growth, and implement strategies to achieve financial targets in the lounge area.
• Prepare budget forecasts, cost projections, and financial reports in collaboration with F&B management to ensure profitability, cost efficiency, and financial sustainability in lounge operations.
• Marketing and Promotion:
• Work with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns, special events, and marketing initiatives to drive traffic, increase revenue, and enhance the visibility of the lobby lounge within the establishment and among guests.
• Utilize social media platforms, loyalty programs, and guest engagement strategies to promote the lounge offerings, attract new customers, and build brand loyalty among guests.
