As the Lobby Lounge Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Lobby Lounge, ensuring the highest standards of service, ambiance, and guest satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires passion, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality.
About Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh:
Located in the heart of the capital and nestled within the iconic 99-storey Kingdom Tower, Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh offers unmatched access to business districts, premier shopping centers, and cultural landmarks.
- Accommodation: 276 spacious and light-filled rooms, including 39 luxurious suites.
- Food & Beverage: Three exceptional restaurant venues with a combined seating capacity of 250 guests.
- Events: 7,213 sqm (77,640 sq ft) of versatile event space, including ballrooms and meeting rooms.
- Spa & Wellness: A world-class spa featuring 8 treatment rooms for male guests and 1 exclusive treatment room for female guests, along with a state-of-the-art fitness center. Our spa team includes 25 dedicated professionals focused on delivering extraordinary service.
Your area of responsibility will be the Lobby Lounge.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Exceptional Guest Service Skills: Proven ability to deliver a personalized and memorable guest experience in line with luxury hospitality standards.
- Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing, training, and motivating a diverse team in a fast-paced F&B environment.
- Operational Knowledge: In-depth understanding of lounge operations, including service flow, table management, hygiene standards, and guest engagement.
- Beverage and Culinary Knowledge: Familiarity with premium beverage service (tea, coffee, mocktails, cocktails, wines) and light dining menus, including afternoon tea.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Problem-Solving Ability: Skilled in handling guest concerns with professionalism and discretion.
- Attention to Detail: High standards in service quality, presentation, and ambiance.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage scheduling, inventory, and reporting efficiently.
- Sales and Upselling: Experience in driving revenue through personalized recommendations and promotional offerings.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
