Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Operational Supervision: Managing the lobby area, monitoring staff performance (receptionists, bellhops, and concierges), and organizing their work schedules.
Guest Experience: Greeting and welcoming guests, professionally handling complaints and issues, and working to enhance the hotel's image.
Reception Procedures: Ensuring the accuracy and smoothness of check-in and check-out processes.
Coordination: Liaising with Housekeeping to ensure room availability and with Maintenance to ensure the lobby is clean and aesthetically pleasing.
Crisis Management: Acting as Duty Manager to handle any emergencies or issues during working hours.
Training and Follow-up: Training new employees, enhancing team efficiency, and monitoring compliance with hotel policies and quality standards.
Reporting: Preparing daily performance reports and closing the shift.
